Return And Refund Policy

Thanks for your purchase from Mens Genics. We hope you are satisfied with our product/services. But if we not fulfilled your needs or incase you are not satisfied with our product/service, don't hesitate we respect your decision and we will initiate your refund/return by the conditions mentioned below:

RETURNS

If you've received wrong order or if your item is not good in condition. Then record a 360° video of the item and send us on our Whatsapp number or attach with email support@mensgenics.in , All returned items must be in new and unused condition, along with original tags and labels. Incase of digital products there is only refund available, contact our customer support team 24×7 for your refund of digital items/services.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS RETURN PROCESS

To return an physical item, please contact customer support. To obtain a Return find your MGPN (Mens Genics Product Number) in your product, attach the product video, your name and other contact details and then send MGPN and mail your return to the following address:

Kindly note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You might be charged for the product courier from our side. 

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item from your side we will inspect the condition of your item & will process your return. Your return will be initiated within 7 days from the recive date. We will notify you by email or message when your return has been processed. Digital goods can't be returned, but it can refunded within 72 hours if you are not satisfied with our digital product/service.

For Damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to initiate a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with our digital products or subscription services then you can initiate a refund within 72 hours

Note: All of your successful refunds (both physical/digital) will reflect as a discount coupon on your next purchase from us. We will send the discount coupon on your registered email or contact number, you can use it everywhere on Mensgenics to get discounted. Discount coupon will contain the same discount value of your returned/refund order. Send the product via courier which you want to refund, you're responsible for all shipping charges. We will provide the discount coupon after deduction of our shipment charge.
